Refund policy

All LLVT Official products are made to order. Each item is printed and shipped by our print partners only after you place your order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or color preference. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@llvtofficial.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund. You do not need to return the item.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Cancellations and changes: Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel or change an order within 24 hours of purchase. Email info@llvtofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost packages and delivery problems: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or it has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will investigate with the carrier. We cannot replace orders that were returned or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
